With a solid mahogany top attached to mahogany back and sides, the Ortega PM-SHAMAN produces a warm, rich, full sound with plenty of resonance and emphasis within the mid-range. This unique electro acoustic bass features a 625 mm scale length and Aquila Thundergut uke bass strings, providing players with the warmth and playability of a ukulele with the deep, thundering tones of a bass guitar. Furtermore, with the playability of a ukulele the Ortega PM-SHAMAN offers a comfortable playing experience whilst its florentine cutaway provides a striking visual and promotes upper fingerboard shredding with easy access. As well as all this, the PM-SHAMAN comes equipped with an Ortega Magusuke bass preamp system, offering basic sound tweaking for live and rehearsal settings, perfect for the gigging musician that craves something a little unique to add to their bass collection.
