Opis

The concepts behind boutique basses are often justification for making them extremely expensive. With the advent of the BTB, Ibanez decided that these same concepts of well-selected body materials, 35" neck scale, and deep cutaways could be applied to an instrument that anyone could afford. The new BTB770s sport exquisite Poplar Burl tops in gloss finishes and powerful Bartolini® MK2 pickups exclusively designed for the Ibanez BTB775PB.

The Bartolini MK2 pickups are quad coil designs. The Neck pickup tone is very deep and the Bridge pickup tone is bright, just like the US made pickups. They are also balanced for output so that the deep tone Neck pickup does not overpower the Bridge pickup. The MK2 electronics compliments and enhances their wide tonal range.

The BTB770PBs feature Bartolini® MK-2 pickups, specially designed for Ibanez by Bill Bartolini.

The BTB770PBs cutaways are deep enough that moving around on the massive 5-piece maple/bubinga 35" scale thru-neck becomes easy.

 
Neck-Thru construction and deep cutaways enhance the playability of BTB basses (BTB77x, BTB67x & BTB47x).
